Cycling Holiday Tour Mallorca Weekly Blog
May 2nd 2022
Hi & welcome to our weekly blog intending to keep you all updated with what weโve been up to in the week & a look ahead to the coming week on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
This week we continued our cycling tours with a fantastic group from South Africa and welcomed a group of 18 cyclists from Cork, Ireland. We also had some solo cyclists with us from the UK, Australia & Indonesia
As always we cycled some great routes this week with our clients. We visited, Betlem in Arta, Sant Salvador, Sa Calobra, Formentor, Petra, Bonany, Can Picafort, Alcudia & La Victoria. With our group from Cork, Ireland staying in Port de Pollenca, we also cycled some of the great routes inland & down the West side of the island.
This week was a little different for us, but a great experience & I am sure will be the norm with a lot of our clients in the near future, as we visited 2 vineyards with our South African clients & they all had a great time. We visited Bodegas Can Vidalet in Pollenca & Bodegas Macia Batle in Santa Maria.
The Cycling Sports Cafรฉ on the beachfront in Cala Millor is open 7 days a week 09:00 to 17:00 and yet again this week we have welcomed cyclists & non-cyclists from all around the world to the cafรฉ whom have enjoyed sampling some great food, coffee, cake and fine wine from our new menu.
Looking ahead to this week we welcome triathletes from Lebanon & Swirtzerland over for 4 days triathlon training. We also welcome some solo cyclists from the UK to join the daily rides.
The 13th May we commence our first Mallorca Island Tour of 2022 with cyclists from the UK joining us for this 4 day ride around the island. A tough 4 days, but I am sure our clients will absolutely love the routes we have planned.
We canโt wait for another great week here in Mallorca.
Thanks,
CHTM Team
